Pfizer receives TCC BEST Award 2011

Pfizer (Thailand) Limited, Thailand’s largest research-based biopharmaceutical company, recently received the Thai Chamber of Commerce Business Ethics Standard Test Award 2011 (TCC BEST Award 2011) as an exemplary organization conducting business in accordance with its code of conduct upholding transparency, integrity, moral and ethical values as well as social responsibility. The award was presented to Mr. Manu Sawang-Jaeng, Country Manager for Pfizer Thailand and Indochina, by Prof. Dr. Kasem Watanachai, Privy Councilor.

Pfizer is committed to good corporate governance operating with transparency, integrity, social responsibility and fairness to all stakeholders. Throughout its history, these principles are reflected through its policies and practices along with committed to research and safe quality drugs to prevent and cure diseases. In addition, the company conducts corporate social responsibility initiatives under the Pfizer Thailand Foundation. It also plays an active role in campaigning for ethical sales and marketing practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
