1849 Charles Pfizer & Company initially established a chemical business and medical equipment. The first product of the company was santonin candy, a paraseptic medicine with delicious taste.
 
 
1900 - 1950

 
 
1919 The company produced a citric acid for its industry inclusive of fermentation procedures that was developed to manufacturing raw materials, reducing the cost of production tremendously.
 
1944 Pfizer was successful in producing penicillin by using a deep tank fermentation process and became the biggest penicillin manufacturer in the world. Most of Pfizer's penicillin was used for the Alliance.
 
1950 Teramycin (oxytetracyclin) is an antibiotic with extensive strength. It is one of the first masterpiece of the company ever distributed under the Pfizer patent. The company expanded the market abroad and set up a business development department.
 
 
1951 - 1999

 
 
1954 Marketed tetracycline, an antibiotic which has a scope of having a strong dose. It is the first antibiotic which is solely synthesized and discovered by Pfizer's researcher.
 
1961 Pfizer begins a decade of substantial growth and establishes new world headquarters in midtown Manhattan.
 
1982 Feldine(pyroxycam) is an antiseptic prescribed by doctors. It is the world's best selling products. It is the first Pfizer's product that reaches its target sales of US$ 1 , 000 million dollars .
 
1988 T he department of agriculture changed its name to the animal medical supplies department with new, innovative products being introduced into the market such as Advocin (danofloxacin), Aviax (cemduramycin) and Dextomax (doramycin) 2-3 years ago.
 
1989 Launched its new product Procadia XL (Nyfidipine), a pill that has a long-term effect, taken one tablet a day to cure heart disease and hypertension.
 
1992 Pfizer introduced 3 new products: Zoloft (Zertralime hydroxchloride), Norvax (amlodiphybecelex) and Citromax (Axytrocycline)
 
1993 Initiated the “Sharing the Care” Project. A project to donate medicine.
 
1995 The company purchased the animal health business from Smith Kline Beecham, making Pfizer one of the leading leaders for research and development and manufacturer of livestock products and animal husbandry .
 
1998 Launched Viagra (Sidenafil citrate), the biggest stepping stone in manufacturing a medicine for male sexual impotency. The company invested over US$ 2, 500 million dollars in research.
 
1999 Pfizer celebrated its 150th anniversary and praised as the world's leading pharmaceutical organization. Due to its continuous success in research and development for humans and animals, Forbes Magazine announced Pfizer to be the “Company of the Year” .
 
 
2000 - Present
 
 
2000 “The Best Gets Better” resulted from the year when Pfizer and Warner Lambert joined together to enter the new and important stage of growth for the new heights of the new Pfizer generation, an accomplishment to be the largest and fastest rowing pharmaceutical organization in the world.
 
2003 On April 16, 2003 Pfizer Inc and Pharmacia Corporation combine operations, bringing together two of the world's fastest-growing and most innovative companies. Pfizer launches Relpax ® (eletriptan HBr), a medication developed specifically for the treatment of migraines.
Aerobic Exercise, an activity that uses large muscle groups and can be maintained continuously for at least 20-30 minutes such as cycling, walking and running, will help maintains physical fitness and overall health as well as reducing total cholesterol levels.
